Privacy Policy

Pocono Septic (“we,” “us”) operates this website to provide information about septic service in The Poconos and to let homeowners request a quote. This page explains what we collect and how we use it.

Pocono Septic is run by AraBuilds, a trade name of Ara’s Services LLC. We pass your request to an independent local company, which contacts you and does the work.

Information we collect

When you submit our quote form, we collect the information you provide — typically your name, phone number, email address, your property location, and a description of your septic issue. We use it only to handle your request, which means passing it to the local company that will contact you and do the work. We never sell or share it for marketing.

How we use it

  • To pass your request to the independent local company that will contact you and do the work.
  • To contact you about your request and schedule service.
  • To provide quotes and follow up about work we’ve discussed.
  • To keep basic records of jobs and communications.

Form processing

Quote-form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form provider on our behalf. That provider processes your submission solely to deliver it to us; it does not use your information for its own marketing, and we do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messages

You can text us at (570) 664-7171, or tick the optional text box on our quote form. Either way, Pocono Septic (run by AraBuilds) texts you only about your request: replies, scheduling and follow-ups. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for help. Texting us or ticking the box is never required to get a quote.

Your phone number goes to the local company handling your request so it can reach you. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and your text opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone.

Cookies & analytics

This is a static website. We do not set advertising cookies. If we add basic analytics, it is used only to understand aggregate traffic, not to identify you personally.
